A blank spreadsheet document is all you need to start, there is no need to try to reconstruct the formatting from the sample.

1. Select a blank spreadsheet document, or a spreadsheet document that was created using this application.
2. This application will then access the spreadsheet you explicitly selected through Google Picker. It does not have access to browse or scan the rest of your Google Drive.
3. No workbook data is persistently stored by this site other than the data stored in the spreadsheet.

Once your spreadsheet document has been authorized and loaded, start with submitting the course information, and then build out placements and events.
